And just like that - the guest book is full! 100 pages full of memories and thoughtful notes from our guests. It’s always a joy to come in and see what filled their weekends!

(Former special education teacher here so I love data) The most noted memories included: spending time with family, laughing, golf cart rides, sunsets, the little beach, fishing, and of course - the view! And in notes to the host, the most noted words were: attention to detail, thoughtful, special touches, and for 8 of our guests we earned “best airbnb ever!” 😊

Thanks to all our guests for taking the time to tell us about your stay, and we absolutely love just how many special memories are made here. Time to crack open a new book!

Wow wow wow! What a magical moment on the dock - an epic first look before heading to tie the knot! To know the home and the view have been a back drop to some of life’s greatest moments is just so amazing.

So fun story: this is seaside goldenrod, and I didn’t plant it last fall - it just appeared! The great thing about nature is it surprises you! But once I saw how beautiful it was (and how much it loved the spot by the water), I had to get more. Well, 5 months after planting more, look at the new goldenrod thriving! Huge thanks to who helped me find some - look how good those babies are doing!! Sometimes, nature tells you what needs to be there, and I absolutely love it!

Huge shoutout to Peace of Cake on the island (right down the road from the house). A few of our guests have used them, so now it was our turn! Not only was it absolutely stunning, but it was so delicious! We got chocolate cake with raspberry mouse. Highly recommend!

2 babies?! Been there, done that 😎 So we got you covered! There’s tons of spots in the house to sneak in those pack n plays for a good night sleep (for all!). We ask you before you come which room you’d like them set up so you can get right to nap time! Also, all rooms have these amazing room darkening shades from that make everyone go 😴

Last night of the Pfoutz family vaca ‘Away at the Bay’ 😭 We’ve found ourselves just right up the road at a few times (tonight was at )! From beach bar casual style to indoor dining, it’s such a great spot to have so close!
We all agreed that the cream of crab is 💯

For future guests - they have jet ski rentals, too!

These newly planted baby milkweed plants by the dock make me so happy not only for the 🦋, but also because they were gifted to us as a good home by . Having this spot just right up the road is so special for so many reasons: the people (the best), the fresh fruits/veggies, the local meat supply, the farm animals, and the meeting spot! So so thankful to have this spot so close. Now on to watch these babies grow!
