Our journey began in April 2011 with the opening of our Kent Island (KI) Beach House, followed by the KI Golf House in August 2013, KI Beach House II in January 2015, and KI Beach House III by the Bay in April 2019. Our contemporary homes boasting expansive yards are nestled in Queen Anne’s County on Kent Island. With easy access to Kent Narrows, Chester, Queenstown, Easton, Annapolis, St. Michaels, Washington DC, Baltimore, Ocean City, as well as all the local wedding venues, seafood restaurants, and tiki bars, our settings are unparalleled. Whatever brings you here, whether it's a getaway with friends, attending a wedding, hosting intimate family gatherings or small corporate retreats, enjoying fishing or crabbing at nearby marinas or piers, hitting the golf course nearby, or anything else, our homes are designed to accommodate every occasion. The side-by-side KI Beach House and KI Beach House II (each sleeps 10-12 comfortably; max 14 people per home) offer water views of the Chesapeake Bay and are right across from Kentmorr Marina and The Kentmorr Beach Bar and Grill. Our 3rd location, KI Beach House III by the Bay (sleeps up to 8 in king beds plus 1 on the sofa) in the Sunny Isle of Kent offers breathtaking bay views and incredible sunsets. You read that right; we can accommodate up to 37 guests across our three homes, all within a couple of miles from each other. Additionally, we manage another waterfront Airbnb in the area that sleeps 10. Please note that our Kent Island Golf House was sold in Oct 2022 as we focus on enhancing our water view/waterfront locations for your enjoyment. KI Beach House: Stay & Play by the Chesapeake Bay -Our original water view "Pink House" comfortably accommodates 10-12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 14. This expansive almost 1800 sq ft residence boasts tasteful decor across its 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Enjoy the scenic vista from the attached deck, which extends from the open kitchen living and dining area, offering a panoramic view of a private beach volleyball court and the picturesque Chesapeake Bay. Stroll through the serene waterfront neighborhood or simply unwind on our deck while grilling your favorite dishes. The luxurious Master Suite features a spacious King Bedroom with a dedicated workspace and TV, leading to a lavish ensuite equipped with his and hers sinks, a custom tile shower, and a relaxing jetted whirlpool tub. Adjacent is the Starfish Bath, a linen closet, and a 2nd King Bedroom. Journey down the hall to discover the 3rd bedroom, furnished with a King bed and a California King bed, complemented by a dresser and TV. Additionally, a generously-sized private family room awaits, complete with large screen TVs and a grand fireplace, serving as a 4th bedroom with a daybed & trundle (equivalent to 2 twin beds), along with a full sofa bed, sofa, futon, and recliners. The convenience of the 3rd Pink Bathroom with a shower, adjoining this room, ensures comfort and privacy for guests. While not fully ADA handicap compliant, the presence of a ramp at the deck with a sidewalk leading to the back door by the garage renders this home wheelchair and walker accessible. Call Donna today! KI Beach House II: What a Water View Retreat! Fish, Eat, Sleep, and Repeat- comfortable accommodation for 10-12 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 14. This 2-story spacious over 2000 sq ft nautical home features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, situated as a modern contemporary fisherman's village on the corner by the Kentmorr Marina, across from the Kentmorr Beach Bar and Grill, and conveniently side-by-side with our original KI Beach House and only a couple of miles from the KI Beach House III by the Bay. Stroll through the waterfront neighborhood or walk/bike along the South Island Trail. Ideal for visiting the Naval Academy, hosting your midshipmen, attending destination weddings or local events, or hosting small company strategy sessions and retreats. Our homes also serve as a central location to explore MD, DC, VA, DE, and PA. Imagine sipping morning coffee on the deck watching the charter boats get ready for the big stripers, as the dawn breaks over another perfect day. Step inside to enjoy spacious entertainment areas, complete with large flat screen Internet TVs. Downstairs, two bedrooms await, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed, along with two sofas in the living room and a daybed with trundle in the sitting area. Ascend upstairs to the sprawling nautical-themed expansive Captain's Quarters featuring a Desk, King bed, Twin bed, Sofa, and small Futon for additional sleeping space. This King plus bedroom is separated from the mate's Queen bedroom by a huge striking red anchor-themed soaking tub and tiled shower jack and jill bathroom, offering peace and relaxation amidst the maritime ambiance. Perfect for the fisherman yet classy enough for the girlfriend getaway on the Shore! Similar to our other homes, this one comes equipped with a complete set of dishes, pots, and pans, a drip coffee maker, blender, and more. Additionally, it features both propane and charcoal grills and outdoor firepit, along with essential supplies to kickstart your stay. KI Beach House III by the Bay: Amazing Sunsets for your BAYcation - Our Beachy House by the Bay situated alongside the water in the Sunny Isle of Kent where herons and osprey gracefully play, and large ships await their turn into the port of Baltimore sleeps 9 guests, with 4 KING bedrooms and 2 baths/walk-in showers, plus room for one on the sofa. Offers awe-inspiring sunsets and waterfront views of the Chesapeake Bay. It features front and back attached decks adorned with ample seating, co****le boards, a propane and charcoal grill, and more. Gather around the firepit in the Adirondack chairs, where you can toast marshmallows or hot dogs and marvel at the wildlife during the day or the starlit sky at night. Step inside through the back deck door to discover a welcoming kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for foodies and relaxation seekers alike. While not fully ADA handicap compliant, the rear deck ramp renders the home wheelchair and walker accessible inside and out onto the front deck. The first Master King bedroom and bath await to the left, while looping back through leads to the open living area. Here, you'll find counter-height barstools at the kitchen bar, opposite the dining table. The living room Bay Window offers breathtaking views, along with 2 sofas, a loveseat, a chair, a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, and a large 65-inch Internet TV, as well as puzzles, books, and games for entertainment. Whether indoors or outdoors, marvel at the iconic Bay Bridge; a picturesque setting for relaxation, rejuvenation, and unforgettable sunsets along the Eastern Shore. The remaining three King bedrooms are situated on the opposite side of the home, along with an additional bath.
