We've made this condo as allergy free as possible: From no pets and no smoking or va**ng. Our condo has truly amazing Fall, Winter & Early Spring views of Grandfather Mountain. In the Spring everything begins to transform into a gloriously green enchanted forest! Gas Fireplace. There is no AC. Average high temperature is in the low-70's in the Spring and Summer months, so there is no need for AC on Sugar Mountain!
