Our two-bedroom, two full baths, condo can be rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis using our direct-from-owner plan. Sugar Top Resort offers a refreshing indoor heated swimming pool, 2 large hot tubs, an exercise room, steam room, dry sauna, and large shower/changing rooms with lockers. Other amenities include 24-hour gated security, front desk service, a quiet reading area, outdoor sunset deck and large barbecue and picnic area, and complimentary shuttle service to and from parking for all guests. No hassle with parking, driving, or delays; the free shuttle bus to Sugar Mountain ski resort is available during peak season holidays and weekends. Everything in The Silver Antler is brand new or features “delightfully found” treasures. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds (put them together for a queen bed). Guest full bath. Both bathrooms have spa-pulse flex hose shower heads with 2 toiletry bins inside each vanity. The Living Room includes a sofa, a love seat, and an extra-large chair with ottoman. A deluxe queen size self-inflating air mattress that sleeps 2 can also be provided with linens and pillows upon request. All bedding and linens are spa/hotel quality. Macy's sheet sets. Antimicrobial and hypoallergenic Bamboo Pillows. Night Therapy mattresses with Serta airflow cool gel memory foam toppers. All with proper antimicrobial covers. Even the air mattress is high quality with foam topper, quilted cover, comforter and linens (and is easily placed in the living room atop a brand new high-pile s**g rug.) You will find large flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. While Sugar Top Resort provides a good basic complimentary Wi-Fi service available in most locations of the building, it is a slow speed connection, and most video and streaming sites like Netflix and YouTube are actually blocked. Therefore, we have installed high speed 20.0 Mbps internet service with a router in the condo exclusively for the use of our guests. This is great for connecting multiple devices simultaneously, general surfing, checking email, social media, and is excellent for HD video streaming, and online video gaming with multiple game players at the same location. There are some books and a collection of movies provided with a DVD connected to the living room TV. There is a nice collection of books downstairs in the lobby reading area that is available to all guests. The dining room seats four and adjoins the family room where you can enjoy the real wood-burning Stone Fireplace year-round. There are two more sliding end tables that can be used as laptop tables and/or dining trays in the living room.'
The condo is fully appointed including a fully stocked kitchen, with full-sized appliances, 1200-watt large microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, French press, tea kettle, tea infusers, blender, pots, pans, various dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, and an assortment of kitchen utensils. (My wife still cooks from scratch so whatever she needs will be there, including a rolling pin and a rotary Parmesan cheese grater.) If anything is missing, please make us aware. We strive to accommodate all that's pleasingly feasible. We've also provided a rolling bar cart that is stocked with vintage Vegas Style barware, complete with a vintage domino set for a cold night of challenging logic and cheerful fun. Flameless candles, lighting dimmers, aromatherapy diffusers, Spa Envirascape electric wind chimes, and a collection of instrumental music CD’s are provided for relaxation and romantic ambiance. There is a convenient laundry room in your unit with a full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. Snow is blowing at Sugar Mountain Resort!!
