We own 2 Fairway Village but live in We always drive up to stay in our home and I wanted to share the map we utilize every trip. We are five and travel with our and our . We make these stops and it’s typically about a 9hr trip.

Halfway is The O’Brien rest stop and the best place to get out and walk around and play with Luka. We spend a good 30 minutes out of the car. Makes for a more enjoyable trip for our dog for sure!

Need summer plans? We have only a few weeks not already booked! Our brand new Caldera Spas hot tub was installed last week. Pics coming soon. Pet- and family-friendly with 8 unlimited SHARC passes (one for each guest). Our community also has one of the extremely rare, private pools right off the patio.

Come stay with us in Sunriver, OR and enjoy private parking! Our driveway is long enough for your full size SUV! Pictured here is our 4Runner while we stayed in our own home October 2022. Our community also boasts over a dozen “guest” parking spots anyone staying here can use. No paperwork/permit required! So, if you and another family in a separate vehicle want to stay at , we have plenty of parking for you both.

Every stay with us includes a starter pack of kitchen and laundry supplies as seen here. All 3 bathrooms are piled high with towels and toilet paper and soap and the kitchen drawers are overflowing with every utensil you can imagine. We regularly fill the pantry with seasonings and oils and foil and parchment paper. You shouldn’t need to buy anything outside of the food you want to cook!

A bit about Sunriver:

Sunriver, Oregon is a 3,300-acre planned residential and resort community in Deschutes County, Oregon. It is located on the eastern side of the Deschutes River about 15 miles south of Bend at the base of the Cascade Range.

Sunriver consists of 4,177 homesites residential homesites and common areas, 30 + miles of paved bike paths, recreational facilities, the Sunriver Resort Lodge and The Village at Sunriver for dining, shopping, and entertainment like an arcade, ice skating and mini-golf.

The roads in Sunriver feature mostly roundabouts, locally known as "Circles," with only a few intersections. Many areas are designated by their Circle Number which run 1-7 and 9-11. Why no Circle 8? Well, according to Steve Scott, "The original master plan included Circle 8 when the developer owned property that was North of Maury Mtn Ln and East of McNary & Cypress Lanes. Prior to that area being developed, it was traded with the USFS for property that now includes the Airport. No longer needing Circle 8." Circle 8 has since become a tad infamous as a joke for tourists as well and an app for Sunriver available for smartphones.

The Sunriver Resort Lodge, owned by Destination Hotels and Resorts, has hotel-style rooms, banquet facilities, a fine dining restaurant, and other amenities. Sunriver Resort manages four golf courses. The two inside Sunriver, Meadows and Woodlands, are public courses. Sunriver also features the SHARC water park (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center), a 22 acre are with outdoor and indoor areas, water slides, a lazy river and more.

Biking is a way of life in Sunriver! When you stay with us, you have access to 7 bikes and a Razr scooter plus helmets. Tire pump in the garage. Also, our property management team is available 24/7 365 days a year should you need anything. Like a flat tire or broken chain. Sunriver has hundreds of miles of very well-marked bike paths for you to experience all its beauty.

These cards give you FREE unlimited daily access to so many things: The SHARC aquatic center, ability to reserve pickle ball courts, entrance to the boat ramp, FREE tubing in the winter and so much more. 2 Fairway Village sleeps 8! Upstairs Master has a King bed. Downstairs bedroom with hot tub access has a Queen bed. Second downstairs bedroom has two sets of bunks. Luxurious bedding and plush but firm mattresses. Tons of extra pillows, too! Screens on all windows allows you to open them for the cool night breeze without the bugs. The carpet keeps your feet and pets toasty warm. Every bedroom has cable TV and Blueray player. We have over 200 DVDs in the living room cabinet.

Want a white Christmas? delivers! Decorate cookies, spend cozy afternoons by the fireplace, complete a puzzle or three, and take glorious walks on the shoveled paths that wind throughout the town. Our home is located inside its own HOA within Sunriver and they do a marvelous job keeping your walkways safe and clear. Our hot tub is just below the deck off the kitchen so it stays out of the falling snow— there’s nothing better than watching the snow fall while in the hot tub! ❄️
