TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13th

Will open @ 6:30am with its regularly scheduled hours and operations.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17th

• Alpino Vino will be open for lunch and dinner for the season

Additional Terrain

Lift 9 Update:
The opening of the new Chair 9, Plunge Lift is now targeted for late January. The crew has been faced with several challenges related to sub-contractors and the overall available labor pool for this type of work. Currently, Doppelmayr has a full staff onsite including specialty teams to complete the final remaining tasks. The plan is to open the terrain associated with Chair 9 as soon as there is a safe egress to Telluride.

🚨Terrain Update from 🚨

Chondola:
The Chondola remains closed and is expected to be back up and running early next week. The gearbox suffered a major mechanical break. New parts have been fabricated locally as well as shipped from Switzerland to get us back up and running. This was a significant break, but the reassembly will provide more reliability moving forward as a majority of the components will be brand new. Once the machine is put back together, there will be some testing to do, but we will open the lift to the public as soon as possible. As you see below, we will be opening Lift 10 before the Chondola. We will be using signage and staff to encourage skiers to use the Gondola at Town Hall/Market below the Double Cabins/Sundance intersection when they are done skiing. Town of Mountain Village will continue to run their normal shuttle schedule from the Big Billies bus stop. TelSki will also be providing shuttles starting Friday until the Chondola opens.
