Our Party Carty got a major facelift this season with brand new upholstery and weather covers ... this Yamaha electric cart goes 2 hours before it needs a charge and is ready for summer fun!

The Master Bedroom has enjoyed a facelift and is now an oasis of calming blues and teals. Perfect for a long day at work or for unwinding after dancing the night away at the square!

The Villages South House loves to welcome well-behaved pets! We've even created a pet-safe haven where they can lounge and relax under the ceiling fan and snooze the day away in their own cozy beds (complete with thick crib mattresses and washable covers so everything stays fresh and smelling good!).

It's that time of year ... our South House is available for rent from May 1st- October 31st.

Last year we loved hosting a UF Villages Hospital travelling nurse and we're looking forward to finding the perfect right-fit guest for this season as well.

Nurses - this is an ideal oasis that's walkable to UF Hospital.

Remote workers or Folks Looking at a Peek into Future Retirement - this is an ideal perch right in the middle of all the fun The Villages have to offer 150+ pickleball courts, 77 golf courses and it's all you can play any day, pools, pools, pools and a gorgeous golf cart community that spans 30 minutes from one end to the other! Plus live bands in three squares every single night of the year!).

The golf cart / walking paths here in The Villages span for over 15 miles and not one of them will leave you anything but grateful to be living/playing in such a beautiful place. We are in Central Florida, 40 minutes south of Ocala (hello horse country!) and an hour east of Orlando (hello Disney!) and the vibe here is all coastal with live oaks, spanish moss and lush, endless greenery! (This photo was taken on our cart ride from Lake Sumpter Landing to South House in the early evening)

Wonder how you'll get around The Villages? No worries! Just download The Villages app and you can get car or cart directions to everywhere you want to go! This was my route this morning from South House to Chula Recreation Center for pickleball. Easy, peasy and only 16 minutes by leisurely golf cart!

The Villages are perfect for bike rides - short ones to the grocery story (Publix is only 5 minutes away by pedal!) or for longer ones (head all the way down to Brownwood Paddock Square on the fully separated shared paths and enjoy the scenery!) South House comes with two bikes - a women's Trek hybrid and a men's Cannondale hybrid.
