This fantastic Villa is in the middle area of the Villages with easy access to anywhere in the Villages you want to go. Plus quick Access to Hwy 44 for a short run to WildWood or Leesburg. But, with all that it is tucked into a nice quiet area with easy walking to 3 pools, two Rec centers and super close to mailbox area and the adult pool.

Welcome to our rental Villa in the exciting and active community of The Villages. We are Lonny and Julie Pulkrabek. We are current residents of The Villages and live 3 blocks away from this beautiful Villa. The Villa is fully furnished and has a King Bed in the Master Suite and a Queen bed in the Guest Room. We recently updated the flooring in 2022 with all new Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout the entire Villa. Please reach out to us at any time, we are more then happy to answer any questions.
