Please don't be offended when you want to "peek" at a new listing and I ask you to sign a buyer's rep agreement.

Beginning August 17th, ALL persons must sign a buyers rep agreement before any real estate agent can show them a house, even my best friends and clients. This is a requirement of a nation-wide class action lawsuit from last year.

So here we are...the new rules of the real estate.

Q. When is it a bad idea to buy the cheapest house in the neighborhood?

A. When that house is designed or located on a lot that is the root of the problem and no matter how much you "update" the house, you still are stuck with the core issue.
