HiTide SnoBalls New Orleans style shaved ice brings the best of our family to yours. Mom (Di) was raised just outside of New Orleans, the home of the southern snoball. Dad (Rob) was introduced a little later when they moved to Florida. Th

eir love of this delicious treat was shared with us through summer days spent stopping for snoballs before hitting the beach. While the US Army may have pulled Dad, and us, away from home, we were determined to bring true New Orleans style shaved ice and the flavors of the Florida coast with us. When Dad retired from the Army in '16, this family dream became a reality. Arial, (me) is our webmaster, and coffee-hazelnut-vanilla-snoball-connoisseur (soooo good.) Destin will be by for events, music, and of course, to bring our unofficial mascot, our snodog! Trinity is our snoball maker extraordinaire,and for as long as Robbie is still able to fit in the hut (6ft @ 13!) he'll be shaping up amazing snoballs too! As for Mom and Dad, they'll be there, telling stories about our first snoballs and loving the chance to let your family experience theirs as well. ...And probably throwing a few handfuls of ice at each other and us if we don't watch our backs!
