Incredibly satisfying to see the Town of Thunderbolt's dedication to creating walkable spaces being recognized by the Congress for the New Urbanism.

A missing middle development includes a cottage court, mixed-use building, street-fronting cottages, and an accessory dwelling on a narrow parcel near downtown Thunderbolt, Georgia.

What a year, yall! Heart is full for how much fun its been bringing these cottages to life! Looking for a few open snowbirds who want to kick off 2024 on the right foot-- The Village offers a great winter location with a warm coastal community!
