YES You can!

We know the whole house is pretty big, in fact it’s too big for just 1 or 2 people.
So….we offer the option of just renting one side!

Here’s what that includes:
*A smaller but still complete home.
*Clean. That’s important to me when I travel, so I know that’s important to you too!
*Privacy - even with renting only one side of the house, you are still the only occupants of the entire house.
*Much more comfortable than a hotel room.
*Kitchen included.
*Great backyard with patio and also a covered sitting area with porch swing.

Why rent a hotel room when you can stay here where it feels like Home for practically the same money?

Whether you are looking for lodging for 1 person, or for 10 people, we’ve got the perfect accommodations!

The entire house features 3 separate seating areas!

But for 1 or 2 people, that’s way too much room - so to make it more economical for our guests, we offer just one side or the other.

Either way -,whole house or only one side - you are still the only occupants of the entire house,
AND have private use of the back yard area.

Here’s some fun dairy facts:
All dairy cows are female.
Dairy cows drink more than 50 gallons of water daily.
On average, a cow will produce about 128 glasses of milk each day.
There are 8 grams of protein in one serving of milk.

Come stay where it feels like Home!

Depending on the number of people in your group, one of our 3 lodging options will be perfect for you!
This post will highlight what we have to offer for a larger group.

If you need a place for a larger family group, we have so much to offer! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you will have lots of room for privacy, while at the same time being a perfect place to all be together.

There is a very large all open full kitchen, living area, and dining area in the front part of the house. Fireplace, very large dining table, leather sofa bed, are some of the things you will enjoy in this part of the house.

In the back of the house is a beautiful sunroom with lots of windows to enjoy looking outdoors. This room also has a full kitchen with dining table, couch and recliner.
In addition, the library room/bedroom in the very back has its own fireplace and small balcony, and also has a couch and loveseat. Two skylights above the beds in this room will allow you to enjoy the night sky while dozing off to sleep.

All one level, with handicap options in one bathroom.
Washer and dryer.
Two smart tv’s which are also hooked up to cable.
High speed internet.
Central heat and air in the entire house.
Also for your enjoyment are two gas fireplaces and an extra gas heater in the sunroom.

One of the best parts is the back yard where you can enjoy sitting under the covered shelter, swinging in the porch swing, or using the fire pit. Lots of room for kids to play.

This post will highlight the Pearl’s Place side of the house.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is the house that was originally built in 1966. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with private bathroom/shower.

A second bedroom has a full extra long bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a double sink vanity, toilet, and whirlpool tub.

A leather couch in the living area has a pull out bed.

There is a full kitchen complete with cookware, dishes, etc., countertop bar with 4 stools, and an extra long dining table/8 chairs.

High speed internet, Smart TV with cable, fireplace, central heat and air.
Patio, Large backyard with covered seating area, a great place to relax in the porch swing!

This option is perfect for families/groups needing 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will be the only occupants of the entire house.

and a large bathroom with walk in shower and washer/dryer.

Wifi is 300 mbps speed.

There is a large backyard, with a covered seating area where you will love spending some time relaxing.

This option is perfect for smaller groups, while still having you as being the only occupants of the entire house.
