The Baldwin House will be Selling all contents of the house on April 30 & 31. Many many items including all furniture, art, kitchen items, Armoires, bedding, antiques, linens, vaces, rugs, beds, dressers, pie cupboard, oak draws, futon, club chairs, couch with matching chairs, kitchen table, mid century table. I will add more items as we sort through each room, as well as post time of Sale and detailed photos.

Great property, beautiful and clean. Location is outstanding. Lots to do nearby and in Ithaca. Owners were helpful and accessible at all times. Highly recommend. We plan to rent this property again.

We loved staying at Baldwin House for our extended family vacation in August. Jeff and Barrie were so nice and attentive to anything that we needed during our stay. We had ages 5 months to 64 years old and we had plenty of things to do. I felt like we could have stayed another week and still wouldn't have seen everything the area had to offer.

We loved our stay at the Baldwin House. There were 8 of us including 4 teenagers. The house is much more beautiful than the pictures and everyone had a very comfortable and lovely place to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped and has anything you could possibly want. The house has that perfect combination of old world charm and modern updates. We would definitely come back when in Ithaca.
