Requirements for minors:
-Must be 14 years of age or older to get pierced
-Must be 16 years of age or older to get tattooed
-Must have legal parent or guardian present to sign for the minor
-Both guardian and minor must provide identification (state issued id for guardian, school id or state issued id for minor)
-If a school ID is used a birth certificate must also be providedl
