Had a phenomenal February; our listing is already tagged as a "Rare Find" with all 5 Star reviews. Summer is filling up quickly, but Spring Break in a town where students leave for Spring Break makes it kinda slow. Sounds like an opportunity if anyone happens to be in the area!

Finally done! Just waiting for the ”city board” to approve the license. Opening an Air BnB has gotten considerably more difficult here and they blame it squarely on CA investors flooding the area!!!!

We had hoped to have the Lil’ Prince up and running for the last two Bama home games, but there was just too much to be done. We want to make sure and do everything right to ensure our ratings reflect our hard work.

Hello, Family and Friends. The deal on the first home in Northport fell through. It was Lipstick on a Pig; the Inspector found tons of issues and the owners weren't willing to make the repairs.

But, we found another home, the Lil' Prince, less than 2mi from U of A that is much better. All the major hurdles have been cleared and we close Oct 31st! I will be posting the "after" pics of the home while we renovate over my stay in Tuscaloosa.

We look forward to opening up the Lil' Prince for reservations Mid November, just in time for the last two home games. Then it's off to look for another guest house to add.
