Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool, community grills, bike racks and Beach and Racquet Club office, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. 🚮 The City of Tybee is excited to announce the launch of our Adopt-an-Area program, aimed at fostering community engagement and environmental stewardship in our local area. The Adopt-an-Area program offers individuals or groups the opportunity to take an active role in beautifying and maintaining designated areas within our community. Participants can choose a specific location, such as a park, beach, roadway, or neighborhood, and commit to regular clean-up and maintenance efforts.

🥾 We will kick off the program with an open house event at the Tybee Island Marine Science Center on Tuesday, April 30th, from 2:00 – 4:00PM.

🦺 Volunteers will be provided with necessary equipment and resources, including buckets, grabbers, and safety vests. Additionally, we will offer support and assistance to ensure that your volunteering experience is rewarding and enjoyable. Together, we can make a positive impact in our community and environment.
