Hi everyone! My name is Emily Bremer & I’ve got a little story about how your biggest dreams can come true if you keep fanning the flames & trust in the bigger picture. You see I grew up on Tybee & it has been my biggest dream to move back home. I would always joke around & say “whenever my wallet & liver can afford it” 😆 I scrolled through Zillow for YEARS & went & saw several beautiful homes with my amazing realtor & middle school bestie, Casey Leigh Krinsky (sms 🦈 woot)! After each one didn’t work out I’d tell myself that it’s ok because it meant that there was something even better out there for me ✨ Well last winter I saw the most special place I’d ever come across come on the market & immediately fell in love. I mean the house was built the same year I was born, 1985, I had goosebumps! I brought my mom to see it & she exclaimed “this is the one!” To which I asked her what bank she was planning on robbing?! Then I remembered that a mortgage broker had cold called me the year before to talk to me about special loans for individuals who had a successful history of owning & operating vacation rentals. Normally when a salesperson calls me I politely decline & ask to be removed from their list, but there was something different about this one so I saved his number. With his help, with some great advice & guidance from Casey & her husband, Harley, & with the support of my partner & our wonderful parents & with my deep inner faith (& some new grey hairs 😬) the dream became reality!

It gets even better though! Right as my dream was falling into place so was my partner’s. Earlier last year, Frazier, got the opportunity to become a partner in & build Tybee’s first & only brewery, Back River Brewery.

We are thrilled to be able to share both the brewery & Creekside Paradise Tybee with visitors who love Tybee like we do! It’s a special property in that it has 2 houses nestled right on beautiful Horsepen Creek which gives us the ability to live here & to host vacationers. When you book through me you’re helping locals to be able to live out their dream of finally being able to move back home. We care deeply about the island, are so grateful to be here & want to encourage you to not give up on your dreams - they are your highest path calling you forth 🏹🌟
