Besides being in the heart of the Hudson Valley, walking distance to food & drink, an incredibly comfortable fully stocked home, there's this little gem right across the street!!

Let's talk about comfort, shall we? When looking for a place to stay I scour the reviews for comments about the beds. 

The Milhouse has brand new memory foam mattresses, bamboo sheets, cotton duvet covers wrapped around down puffs and plenty of pillows!

Hello friends, It's me, Maggie!

Over a year ago, my personal page was hacked. This wasn't a run-of-the-mill sn**ch your profile picture and ask friends for money, hack. This was a bit more sinister, and something from which I could not recover. All my cherished photos, conversations and friends simply vanished.

It also meant I couldn't post on this business page.

As you might recall after we closed Great Finds and renovated the building we turned it into a lovely short term vacation rental, The Millhouse 1860.

For the last year and four months, The Milhouse 1860 has been actively rented to a variety of wonderful guests.

There are three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Downstairs a beautiful new kitchen, dining area and lovely seating areas are furnished comfortably.

The sun filled front porch with tropical plants is wonderful spot to watch the waterfalls and the busy village of Valatie.

Once again I have access to this page and I'd love to share some updates! It's SO NICE TO BE BACK!!
