Located in lush Wailea, this Grand Champions Villas air-conditioned villa is located on the seventh fairway of the Wailea Blue Golf Course with a partial ocean view. This beautiful one bedroom / two bath vacation home that was completely remodeled in December of 2013 is the perfect get-away

. Grand Champions is near top-rated beaches, numerous fine restaurants, and The Shops at Wailea which contain many high-end shops. Food shopping is a short drive to near-by Kihei where you'll find Safeway, Foodland, and Star Market. The complex contains two newly renovated pools as well as two whirlpool bath spas. Our unit is a first floor unit in a two story building. It contains a spacious 908 square feet of interior space which is beautifully decorated in a tropical theme and over 200 square feet of relaxation space on the lanai. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the lanai while you enjoy the fantastic view. You may even see a few deer on the golf course as you enjoy your breakfast! A remodeled kitchen with all new stainless appliances, remodeled guest and master bathrooms with beautiful rock/tile showers and tub and cozy furnishings including a queen pull out bed have just been added. There is a 27 inch screen cable television in the living room with a DVD/CD/VCR player and plenty of movies to watch. There is also a smaller television set in the bedroom. There is an air-conditioning unit in the living area and another air conditioning unit in the bedroom, as well as ceiling fans for your comfort. Should you wish to bring along your laptop, high speed internet access is available and complimentary. New, front loading, high efficiency washer and dryer units are located in a closet on the lanai as well. If you love the ocean, golfing and a little shopping... this is the perfect vacation rental in paradise! Snorkeling, hiking, shopping, swimming...it's just minutes from our doorway. Keawakapu is 1/2 mile from us and we love it!

Keawakapu beach is nearly a mile long, extending all the way from the Mana Kai condos at the south end of Kihei, to the Andaz Resort in the north part of Wailea. This recent view shows the north end popular among snorkelers.
