Expand your palate and develop foundational wine knowledge through Taste Fundamentals, our small group introductory class this Wednesday, July 10 (7-8 pm)! It's a fun way to dive deeper into core wine topics. Learn about different types of grapes, classic wine styles, and the world's major wine regions. By the end of class, you'll have an understanding of the wines you like and why you like them. (Link in bio)

Dottie Gaiter is an accomplished journalist and editor, twice nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for her work on race and once for her "Tastings" column.

As a student at University of Missouri, she was a founding editor of the black students’ newspaper, Blackout. While she covered urban affairs at The Wall Street Journal, she and her husband John Brecher started the WSJ's beloved weekly wine column, "Tastings."

Together, they've made enjoying wine approachable and accessible to everyone.
