This house is a blast!!! "The University" was just remodeled! Perfect for events, bachelor/bachelorette parties or entertaining large groups. Sits on an acre in the heart of the west burbs. Out the back sliding doors is a hot tub, a huge deck and a half acre backyard with privacy! Chef quality kitchen and another kitchen downstairs in the party room with bar, theater room, ping pong, pool table, and video games. It’s a gosh-darn Entertainment Mecca! Your stay is gonna be awesome!!

The University is your entertaining headquarters with over 4000 square feet of living space and parking for everyone! This unique home sits on an acre of land right in town and is 5 to 10 minutes from anywhere in the Des Moines area (less than a mile from Noah's Event Venue). The main floor is open concept and features an executive kitchen with professional grade appliances, oversized island, large seating area, gas fireplace and access to the enormous deck made for entertaining the whole crew!

The lower level is completely decked out for days of fun and gettin your groove on with the Sonos system. Ping pong, pool table, NFL Blitz, NBA Jams, Golden Tee and even a putting strip. Not to mention a full kitchen and bar area! You'll love the ample outdoor space perfect for bags, badminton or even volleyball.
