-Safe and effective use of pipe fitting hand tools for torch brazing.
-Exhibit a knowledge of industrial and commercial piping systems.
-Perform quality brazing in accordance with ASME C3.4 process piping. Specifically, be able to qualify brazing copper to copper, copper to brass, copper to steel.
-Assemble and dissemble refrigeration piping systems and valve assemblies.
-Use manual and power tools and measuring apparatus to efficiently fit and fabricate piping assemblies.
-Read and interpret piping schematics, manufacturing drawings and specifications.
-Willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
-Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
-Must have copper pipe fitting and fabrication experience.
-Capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts, labels, and written materials. -High school diploma/GED.
-Frequently pushing, pulling, lifting, or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs.
-Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting, and lifting for 8-10 hours per day.
-Hours: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm.
-Pay: $12.50hr-$19.75hr.
