As a Designer with Simonini Homes, Arim has completed several model homes and multiple speculative home builds in addition to several, full-custom builds ranging in price from $450,000 to $1,100,000. Arim develops uch great rapport with her clients, many view her as more of a friend than a Designer and often develop relationships that extend well beyond the completion of the job and into remodels or even new homes.
