If you ever find yourself needing a place to stay in Kanab Utah, I highly recommend booking your own cute cabin ! It was affordable, super clean (looked like brand new), quiet, and beautiful!

#15 Pearl Harbor

This experience was very sobering and emotional. I knew there would be a certain reverence, but I didn't expect it to overcome me.

Both of my grandfathers served during this war, one in the Navy and one in the air force.

As I stood there reflecting on all that occurred on that day in 1941, I realized how blessed we are... just to be alive.

I am grateful.

Delicious food, a little pricey. Service was great and friendly. They do have private karaoke rooms, just like in the kdramas! 😆

In Hawaii there are chickens everywhere... just randomly walking the streets. They're friendly and so cute... but we're told not to feed them. Don't give in to their cuteness! Lol

Northshore has such a quaint, easy-going vibe that makes you want to stay forever! I love this area!

Hands down THE BEST fish and chips I've ever had! So freaking good! If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend trying out

We went around 3pm on Wednesday and by the time we finished eating the crowd was lining up to come in... so try to get there before 5!

Thanks to .catamaran for the awesome snorkeling trip today! We were able to see several dolphins, turtles, eel, sea snake, trumpet fish, octopus, parrot fish, and more! Such an amazing experience! Thank you for helping me get over my fear of the ocean and appreciate and enjoy its beauty.

I used to read A LOT when I was single... like, a book a week. I've always loved books, but my priorities changed after having kids. Not gonna lie, I've been feeling a bit slow in my mind lately, so I set a goal for myself to read more books (not just subtitles lol).

This is my current book. It's a fictional story about a woman who hates her life and questions "what is the best way to live"? She comes across an opportunity to explore what her life would look like if she had made other choices.

I'll let you know what I think when I finish it.
