April 2024,, trip to north west of Florida. Final destination to St. George Island state park. Tent camping. The cost of 2 nights for senior resident of Florida was 33$. Water and electricity on the ground, clean showers and restrooms. My lot #50 in shade. Definitely will return for longer time. Internet doesn’t work in the park, but work outside on the island. Beautiful beach, have stores, groceries on the island.

I have passion to travel by car, camping and cooking. I am getting closer to time when I will be spending it camping, suv and van traveling in our beautiful country. Since I had my restaurant/ bakery in Helsinki, I would like to share my cooking with minimal tools, healthy, easy and fresh. My health is one of the priority to stay young and happy. As a single I cook for myself and my portions are minimized from 10 liters pots to 2-3 liters ( 64 oz).
I am making today stuffed cabbage my Alenka way, it is Lazy way. I have organic beef, cabbage, onion, green pepper, salt and of course my Red pepper 🌶️!!!
I should have rice in this recipe but I eat Keto diet and rice is not on my list.
