My services provide a free initial consultation which includes a discussion on menu ideas—along with possible wine pairing if d

esired. All equipment that is needed for preparation will be brought on site except for serving dishes and place settings, however, if such items are needed arrangements can be made. I will also purchase the menu items that are needed for that night, aiding in making the host’s job relaxing and enjoyable. I will arrive at your home or serving location at a previously determined time to prepare the ingredients, cook, serve and clean up after the final course has been served.
