I hope wherever you are you are enjoying the first signs of Spring! Here in the PNW I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the flowering trees and first bulbs out of the ground. Two of the first harbingers of Spring!

With Women’s History Month coming to a close, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate an integral part of my industry: Women in Travel.

From fearless pioneers like Amelia Earhart to modern-day adventurers, women have continuously shaped and enriched the world of travel. Amelia Earhart’s groundbreaking achievements not only paved the way for future aviators but also symbolize the spirit of courage and exploration that defines the travel experience. And as a former airline pilot myself, a deeply personal hero to me as well.

As we honor the contributions of remarkable women, let’s recognize their role in making travel more diverse, inclusive, and inspiring. Whether it’s discovering hidden gems, promoting sustainable practices, or fostering cultural understanding, women have left an indelible mark on our journeys.

This Women’s History Month, let’s raise a toast to the trailblazers, the wanderers, and the dreamers who continue to inspire us all.

Walla Walla, located in eastern Washington state, is rich in history and offers various activities for visitors. Wanted to share with you an update.

Through life’s unexpected twists and turns I have been the beautiful opportunity to do what I've always wanted - start my own travel business!
