Starting Saturday, June 1st and on through September 30th, the Yuma Territorial Prison and the Colorado River State Historic Park will be going to summer hours. The Yuma Territorial Prison will be open seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. As for the Colorado River State Historic Park hours will be Thursday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

During the month of May we celebrate the burger, thankfully the Desert Southwest is home to culinary artists who place their own twist on the already popular burger. Introducing Prison Hill Brewing Company's Smashed Burger which consists of two grip sized Angus beef patties grilled to your liking, then bathed in red wine and nestled between a brioche bun.
