I was initially very nervous about dealing directly with a travel agent in Vietnam. The concerns were the agent's reputation and quality of service, my ability to communicate with the assigned agent, and my own responsibility to my travel group. Ms. Mai gradually reassured me with her clear and timely email responses. We exchanged over 20 email messages, starting with modifying the existing plan to a 9 day plan, clarifying many of my questions including the workings of the two free days, methods of protecting confidential transfer of passport information, and visa status and domestic flight reservations. Ms. Mai is patient, meticulous, and very friendly. She is truly what a travel agent should be.

I was finally able to meet her in person during our trip and she was as pleasant as I had imagined. I would not hesitate to recommend her & Asian Kite travel to friends interested in visiting Vietnam and the region and in need of a travel agent _ Ms Kimberly.

Good evening Lily! I would like you to know that that Mr. Vithyea is very kind, patience, helpful and knowledgeable - he explained very well about the history of all the temples and others. What the wonderful trip with Mr. Ruby family to see over Vietnam Vietnam from cruise ship Celebrity .We took them to visit our Hochiminh city , Nha Trang , Gold Hand bridge, Hanoi Old town, relaxed at the massage, walked around Ancient Town, train street, egg coffee, beer corner. All meals at each local places restaurant _ so memorable trip for all of us & clients become friends🩷🩵

Wonderful and Amazing Experience!
A truly and unique cultural and learning experience where We were all immersed in the beauty and charming of the Vietnamese traditions and lifestyle, while visiting exciting places, historical sites, tasting great food, contacting local people in their homes. Everything in a leisurely way. Our family had a fabulous time over Vietnam!
The 4 star hotels and Ha long bay 5 star cruise were great, the tours and activities were interesting, surprising and fun. The guides and drivers were on time and fun to be with.

We travel a lot but we thought Asian Kite Travel did a superior job in planning our trip. There was not one glitch in 14 days of travel. We plan to use Asian Kite Travel again to go to Cambodia.
We had our own driver & local guide during the trip and price is super reasonable.
I highly recommend Asian Kite Travel! Michael Hwang.

My friend and I traveled from Australia to Vietnam in trust of Asian Kite Travel to take care of every detail of our 2 weeks holiday . We received visas before departing , were sent our flights and itinerary without any delay and were accommodated with luxurious hotels to stay in and amazing places to see. We were taken or recommended to go to the nicest restaurants and really enjoyed the food. We also got to taste street food through our tour guide Lily which was so nice, very safe and yummy. Our tour itinerary consisted of many beautiful. Apon arriving to Vietnam we were picked up from the Airport by our tour guide Lily (Asian Kite Travel). We were greeted with a warm & friendly smile. I must say that we received sincere 5 star service all the way through our tours and trip. Internal flights were included in our trip an overnight cruise and so much more...as we visited Danang and Hoian. Guide name Nhat picked us up and we continued our tour with him.
His customer service was amazing as he continued to take us on our tours. Asian kite travel are truly an honest and reliable company, with truly beautiful and genuine staff to make your trip so enjoyable and unforgettable. Anna Corsetti.

Pu Luong - Thanh Hoa: A hidden gem in Vietnam

It's a special experience when you explore Hanoi Old Town at night. The international beer junction is a place you can't miss. After a while of walking, you sit down to rest and drink a glass of draught beer with the locals.
"Bia hoi" tradition in Hanoi
Back on the streets, Vietnamese will regularly gather to eat and drink on sidewalk corners, with long meals and countless rounds of beers going late into the night.
This ‘bia hoi’ tradition is a fun way to experience local life and make new friends. The most famous beer corner in the Old Quarter is Bia Hoi Junction. The party spills out onto Tạ Hiện Street, where tourists and locals sit on tiny plastic stools and drink fresh draft beer in the evening air.
