Cai Be Floating Market, Mekong Delta, Vietnam
Cai Be Floating Market is one of the most awesome and inspiring sights in Tien Giang Province. This sight is imbued with very unique cultural values of a typical river city in the Mekong Delta Region. Visiting the market, travelers can get exposure to the bustling trading activities and explore the daily life of the local people.
Cai Be Floating Market is situated in Cai Be Town, Cai Be District, Tien Giang Province. The market is in the river section of Tien Giang River, adjacent to three provinces including Tien Giang, Vinh Long, and Ben Tre. Cai Be is one of three largest wholesale markets in the South West region, together with Cai Rang and Nga Bay. Unlike other normal markets, Cai Be Floating Market opens day and night. Goods and products selling here are not only surprisingly cheap but also varied and plentiful, especially in terms of fruits. Most fruits from tropical orchards in Tien Giang Province are brought here for selling and many wholesalers from surrounding provinces such as Ho Chi Minh City, Ca Mau, Vinh Long, An Giang, Can Tho, etc. come to the market to purchase fruits in large quantity.
Sunrise and sunset are considered as the most gorgeous time of Cai Be Floating Market. If travelers are interested in seeing the boisterous atmosphere, sunrise is the best time to visit to market. In the early morning, trading activities often happen lively and flourishingly. After 7.00am, the buying and selling activities will be gradually sparse. In the contrary, sightseers who prefer tranquility and silence should visit the market in the afternoon, from 4:00pm onwards. You will have stunning moments of admiring a beautiful sunset over the river. Sunset is the time that “floating street” is lit up, arousing the feeling of peace and poetry.

HOANG LIEN SON MOUNTAIN RANGE
Among many mountain ranges in Viet Nam, Hoang Lien Son seems to be more widely known. This is a famous scenic spot in Sapa not only famous for its “Roof of the Indochina” Fanxipan Mountain but also beautiful vista, diverse ecosystem, and rare flora and fauna.
Hoang Lien Son Range is located in the Northwest Vietnam. The range is named after celandine – which can be found everywhere in the mountain. With the width of 30 kilometers and the length of 180 kilometers, Hoang Lien Son runs in the direction of Northwest – Southeast between Lao Cai Province and Lai Chau Province and extends to the west of Yen Bai Province.
There are many high mountains in Hoang Lien Range, however, the highest one is Fanxipan Mountain, with the height of 3,143 meters. Fanxipan Mountain is often dubbed as the “Roof of the Indochina” because this is the highest peak in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. The ecosystem in Hoang Lien is quite diverse with the concentration of many precious plants and animals. Especially, Hoang Lien National Park is an important natural reserve in this area. The National Park is located at an altitude of 1,000 – 3,000 meters with the total area of 29.845 hectares.

Tram Ton pass, Sapa
Belong to Sapa, the most picturesque mountainous town being well-recognized in the world, from the highest peak near the border between two provinces, Lao Cai and Lai Chau, right on the highway 4D crossing the Hoang Lien Son Mountain range, Tram Ton Pass is the signature symbol of harmony between the majestic beauty of nature, and love historically spreading out from a legend love story of the presence of a bird crying over time for an unfortunate couple in here.
As the longest, most dangerous and imposing passageway in the mountainous North of Vietnam, with nearly 2000m in height and a length up to 50 km longer than the Pha Din Pass (32 km, located on the boundary of Son La and Dien Bien) and Khau Phan pass (nearly 40 km, Yen Bai), Tram Ton Pass has officially marked itself not only as the ideal destination for people who design to admire beautiful sceneries, but also the King of Pass for backpacking tourists conquering its arduous terrain. Also, thanks to the elevation of Hoang Lien Son Mountain range, tourists possibly experience the typical two-seasonal weather only in here from two sides of the mountains. In winter, it is warmly on the side of Tam Duong while biting wind and dense frost cover all the side of Sa Pa, even not more than 2m in visibility and mountain and forests are being suck in clouds. Especially, in the cold weather, its peak appears whitely with full of snow. In summer, fresh and cool climate is the highlight of its weather pattern on the side of Sapa, but it is dry in the side of Tam Duong with appearance of green grasses under the brightest sunshine.
Out of the Sapa town, towards North side about 18 km, the road to the Tram Ton impresses tourists with twisted and turned terrain in the middle of row on row of mountains sneaking among majestic Hoang Lien Son mountains. Standing on the gate of heaven, the top of this pass, in the middle of the sky, tourists can broaden their mind with the vastly spacious valley with extremely green fields, the road with full of car running in a non-stopped moving queue, and the beautiful Silver Falls far away. For those, only from this heavenly gate, tourists can admire all the magnificence of the Phan Si Pan. In addition, for pedestrians on the way from Sa Pa to visit the Silver Falls, crossing the gate of Hoang Lien Son National Park with Tram Ton Forestry Point, one of the starting point of the route to conquer the peak of Phan Xi Pang with the height of 1940m, about 12 km to the top of the Tram Ton Pass, is the best decision for tourists to challenge themselves with arduous terrain and enjoy the beautiful sceneries in here at an altitude of nearly 2000m.

CHIANG RAI - THAILAND
With a population of around 200000 people in metropolitan areas, Chiang Rai is a scene yet to be touched by the human hustle lifestyle in other areas. Located in the Nothern regions of Thailand, Chiang Rai is known for more than just a convergent point of the Golden Triangle comprised of Lao, Thailand & Myanmar. Whether it is culinary, historical or scenary, tourists often find themselves entranced by Chiang Rai’s many unique cultural charms.
Chiang Rai has a tropical wet and dry climate. Its winter can best be described as being dry and warm. During the rain season, temperature can peak at an average of 34.9 °C (94.8 °F) on daily basis, though heavy rain doses down that scorching heat in the days. The nights remain fairly warm, however. Thanks to its geographic advantages, borderlining Myanamar and Laos, tourists from Chiang Rai can plan further adventures to more secluded corners of the Golden Triangle, as well as explore other regions of Thailand.
With its own airport, The Mae Fah Luang-Chiang Rai International Airport, tourists may find their way to Chiang Rai far more simpler than many other provinces in the area. This airport is only 8km away from the centre of Chiang Mai, but one needs not to worry, as transportations in the city come at a with a wide range to choose from. Tourists can either call the cabs or experience the local transportations tuk-tuks and songthaews, or hire a motocycle or a car with personal chaffeur, for a reasonable price.
As a city that is abundant in historical as well as religious values, Chiang Rai offers its visitors a myriad of places that worth seeing.
In terms of religious values, approximately 13 km form the city lies the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) along Phahonyothin roadside at Km816. The temple is a sight to behold: with glittening silver pieces of mirrors ornate the Phra Ubosot - a beautiful white ordination hall of the temple. The temple’s walls are also embedded with large mural paintings of the Buddha in different postures; and its gables is beautifully decorated with detailed edgings carved in white stucco, describing mythical creatures such as the legendary snake Phya Naga, as well as dragons and other creatures in Buddism. The entrance is free, though tourists will have to dress themselves appropriately accordingly to the principles of the temple. Other tourist attractions include the famous Baan dam Museum (the Black House or Black Temple) and the beautiful Budhist temple Wat Phra Kaeo.
It is unexcusable if tourists pass through Chiang Rai without a taste of the local culinary scene. The food in Chiang Rai are seasoned differently than in other areas in Thailand, with noticable spiciness in the food. To truly experience the authencity in Chiang Mai culinary culture, it is advisable for tourists to go exploring in the Night Bazaars food courts, where they can truly enjoy authentic Thai food. Among the many delicacies found in the food court, there is one that no tourists should skip on trying: the hotpot. No matter what your favourite protein is, be it chicken, pork, beef or seafood, tourists can cook them in their own boiling pot of hot savoury soup, seasoned with the sweetness, sourness and spiciness that define the Thai culinary culture.

Recognized as the World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, Cat Ba National Park has still preserved its pristine beauty of a thousand-year-old forest. Coming to the park, travelers can escape from the hectic life and truly immerse in the nature.
Approximately 45km to the southeast of Hai Phong City and 25km to the south of Halong City, Cat Ba National Park has the geographical coordinates of 20°44′50″-20°55′29″ east longitude and 106°54'20"-107°10'05" east longitude. The park has the natural area of 16,196.8 hectares including 5265.1 hectares of the sea surface and 10,931.7 hectares of the mountainous area. It is situated on the administrative border of Cat Ba Town and 6 communes including Gia Luan, Phu Long, Hien Hao, Xuan Dam, Tran Chau, and Viet Hai.
Cat Ba National Park is a special-use forest of Vietnam and simultaneously a World Biosphere Reserve. Having diverse ecosystems including: evergreen forests on limestone mountains, flooded forests on high mountain (or Frog Ponds), mangroves in the coastal areas, sea with near-shore reefs, cave system which is home of Bats, and farming system located among deep valleys or resident areas, Cat Ba National Park is a key zone in the protection area of Cat Ba Archipelago.

Bai Tu Long Bay is located in the Gulf of Tonkin, in the Northeastern Vietnam. The bay covers a sea area of Halong City, Cam Pha City, and Van Don District. It shares borders with Halong Bay to the southwest, Co To Island District to the northeast, Cam Pha City to the west, and the ocean to the east. Bai Tu Long Bay has hundreds of small and big islands, many of them are inhabited islands. Its population exceeds 30,000 people, of which, the majority of the population live in Van Don Island District, Quan Lan Island, Ban Sen Island, Ngoc Vung Island and in coastal areas in Ben Do and Cua Ong. The locals here mainly earn a living by fishing and aquaculture.
