Starting August 15, 2023, the country is extending its visa-free stay from 15 to 45 days for citizens of 13 countries. This adjustment allows visitors an extended duration of 45 days to explore Vietnam’s rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and vibrant markets, whether for pleasure or business purposes.

The requirements for enjoying this 45-day visa-free stay are as follows:
The applicant must be a citizen of a country that has a visa exemption agreement with Vietnam.
A passport, valid for at least six months from the date of entry.
Proof of accommodation for your stay in Vietnam, such as hotel bookings.
Proof of a return ticket or onward travel.
