DISCOVERING A CRYSTAL-CLEAR LAKE, 'HANGING' ON THE CAVE WALL IN QUANG BINH ☺️

The survey team from Junglee Boss Co., Ltd. found a hidden lake in an offshoot of Thung Cave, which is part of the cave system in Hung Thoong, located in Phong Nha town in Vietnam.

What makes this lake even more special is that it's located about 15 meters higher than the main underground river in the cave, making it look like it's "hanging" on the cave wall.

The survey team hasn't been able to measure the depth of the lake or find where the water is coming from because they don't have enough diving equipment. The lake is in a really special spot, so the team has given it a temporary name "Suspended Lake".

Wonderful place for birds & wild animals watchers - Touch of nature in Thailand 😍

If you're a nature lover, you'll love Kaeng Krachan National Park in Thailand. It's a hidden gem with lush jungles, making it a great place to spot birds and some daytime-active animals like squirrels and langurs.

While it's a bit challenging to see other mammals, the park is stunning and perfect for birdwatching. You can camp in the park and there's a good chance of seeing a sun bear.

The Phanoen Thung Campsite is especially well-maintained with clean facilities and friendly staff. Ban Krang campsite is also lovely with lots of wildlife around. It's a great place to connect with nature and enjoy the wilderness.

🇹🇭 Thailand extends a warm welcome: Extension of visa stays for tourists

Thailand has introduced new visa regulations aimed at boosting tourism. Now, tourists from 93 countries can stay for up to 60 days, which is an increase from the previous 57 countries.

If you are a citizen of one of the countries that already had visa-free travel to Thailand, you can now stay for 60 days. Countries on this list include Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, and more.

Mandalao's elephant's conservation - A highlight of Luang Prabang 😍

Unlike many elephant attractions in Asia, Mandalao prioritizes the well-being and conservation of these majestic creatures. You can spend time with them in a way that's good for the elephants, like feeding them, giving them baths, and watching them in their natural environment.

They don't allow riding because it can hurt the elephants. Instead, they focus on creating a good relationship between the elephants and people through kind and gentle interactions.

Mae Kampong - Picturesque village in Chiang Mai ⛰️🏘😍

This beautiful small town is hidden in the mountains of Thailand and is a peaceful escape from the city life.

If you want to feel the mountain vibes or silent, worth to stay there for 1-2 nights so you can enjoy Mae Kampong to the fullest.

You'll hear the peaceful sounds of the stream that runs through the village. The houses in Mae Kampong are traditional Thai-style wooden homes, which add to the village's charm.

Highly recommend a visit to this hidden village in the mountains of Thailand!!

3-4 NEW RARE WHITE-HEADED LANGUR BABIES ARE BORN ON CAT BA ISLAND 😍

Here are some pictures of a white-headed langur family in Cat Ba island.

This family has just happily welcomed 3 (or 4) more young members with bright orange fur coats.

It is known that the white-headed langur is the only remaining endemic primate species on Cat Ba Island and is distributed throughout all areas of Lan Ha Bay, currently being strictly preserved.

Because the number of individuals is very small, the natural growth of langurs is a good sign for Cat Ba tourism. Great news but still a long way to go for the numbers to start to increase.

FYI: In recent years, Cat Ba Langur Conservation Project have been having between 10-12 babies born each year, however population growth is slow, but accelerating. The average over 24 years is only around 2.4% annually, but since 2014 the average annual population growth has increased to 4% per year, with a median value of 5.3% annually.

Cuc Phuong National Park officially opens a night tour to see fireflies and wild animals 🌠

In about 1 hour, you will travel by tram car on a 5km long road. Through the trails, you can see fireflies, night wildlife such as worms, deer, insects and explore the nightlife in the forest. If you are more lucky, you can observe rare animals such as pangolins, wolves, black dogs, wild cats...

Night tours to visit Cuc Phuong forest are held from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day of the week.

April to August is the best time for full experiences when you can witness the magical sight of millions of fireflies lighting up the night sky and thousands of butterfly wings fluttering around.

A scenic boat trip to Silk Island - One of few gems in Phnom Penh 😍

This is an enjoyable trip to explore the lifestyle of the people on the island, which is a traditional weaving village. If you are taking this trip with a local guide and visit the Buddhist temple they will explain so much you haven't known.

One of the highlights you must like is going into the primary school on the grounds and being able to meet the children and read some books to them. They are so friendly and all smiles.

Onwards to the silk village, you can see the entire silk producing process from raising the silk worms to extracting the silk from the cocoon.

A wonderful afternoon in a lovely village filled with laughing, playing children and beautiful ladies continuing with their traditional skills. The cruise down the river is relaxing watching life.

At the event, traditional New Year customs of Buddhist Theravada Countries, such as Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand were re-enacted such as bathing the Buddha statue, tying a thread on the wrist, and splashing water.

The ceremony also featured songs, dances, their traditional culture and cuisine. The countries’ traditional New Year festival takes place from around April 13th to 16th. It is known as Choul Chnam Thmey in Cambodia, Boun Pi Mai in Laos, Thingyan in Myanmar, and Songkran in Thailand.

It is one of the biggest traditional festivals held in the transition from the dry to the wet season, an occasion for people to visit pagodas and have festivities to pray for luck and happiness.
