❤️Nice action: September 14: Tourists take to side streets to clean up fallen trees in Hanoi after Typhoon Yagi
❤️On the morning of September 14, many foreigners gathered in many streets and flower gardens in central Hanoi. They brought protective gloves and coordinated with functional forces to cut branches and clean up fallen trees due to the impact of storm No. 3 (Yagi).
❤️Livy Nelson (33 years old, from England) said that when she witnessed the storm passing by, she felt worried because of the terrible wind. When she learned about the group's activities, she immediately signed up to participate. "Hanoi is very good to me, I want to do something for this place," said the female tourist.

Most updated procedures for foreigners, overseas and their relatives returning to Vietnam.

Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh has agreed in principle to simplify administrative procedures for those entering Vietnam, the Government Office announced on Tuesday, 18 Jan, 2022 (Decree. 450/VPCP-QHQT).

- Foreigners, overseas Vietnamese and their relatives with valid entry documents (permanent residence card, temporary residence card, visa, visa exemption certificate) are allowed to enter Viet Nam without having to obtain prior permission from the Immigration Department and local authorities.

- Foreigners who wish to enter Vietnam to work, study, or do charity work still need to obtain a visa. The People’s Committee in cities and provinces should continue to consider, approve and create favorable conditions. The competent Ministries and agencies under the Central Government shall decide on the invitation, welcoming and taking responsibility for handling these foreigners.

- Those who want to visit Vietnam for tourism purposes will have to continue following all regulations applied to international tourists.

Once arriving in Vietnam, fully vaccinated people and those who have recovered from Covid-19 will have to self-isolate, either at home, hotels or other facilities, for three days. They will be tested on the third day. If results are negative, they will be required to monitor their health for the next 11 days, free to move about, but required to avoid large gatherings or crowded places.
Arrivals who are not fully vaccinated will be self-isolated for seven days, then be tested on the 3rd and 7th days.
Arrivals must pay for their PRC tests.
