I'm going to walk a half marathon - 21 km (13 mi) - on Sunday September 13. I'm not the biggest fan of walking due to having dodgy knees and an ankle from past breaks, making this walk is a real challenge for me! I'm looking for your support.

another adventure comes to an end. Cheers Doug, it's been fantastic riding with you again. Last year Saigon to Danang, this year Hanoi to Ha Giang. You might be 71 but you hold your own, on and off-road, better than guys half your age.
