We regularly enroll for up to date courses to keep up with technology and new products. Our systems experience include: Abuntex, TMS,Vantage and other quoting systems. We also conduct audits at costing stage before signing off , by confirming parts purchases with the various parts suppliers and that there are no parts returned for credit. Our 30 years + combined experience working within panel shops, dealerships (costing, admin, and workshop) give us the competitive advantages. Our office hours are from 7h30 to 17h00 Mondays to Fridays. Urgent assessments outside of office hours will be accommodated at no additional cost. We also obtain a signed commitment from the repairer in writing on the duration time for the repairs, as we know how this affects Insurance Companies with regards to rental requirements. Our assessment turnaround time is 48 hours from the time of the instruction received to submit our report. We also realize that additionals are a cost concern for Insurance companies and we see no reason why there should be any additionals if the vehicle is at the repairer for a strip and quote. Therefore we commit ourselves to keeping these costs at a minimal if any cannot be avoided in extreme cases. Accident Motor Vehicle Assessments Pricing:
Our rates are very competitive at R500 within a 50 km radius. Assessments over 50 km will be charged at R4.50 /km thereafter. Audits will be charged at R550 per audit on questionable costings and/or annual repairs and SLA auditing at the respective repair centres to ensure that repairers honour their agreements. Digital assessments will be done at R300 per assessment. Assessments Motor theft / Hijacking of all vehicles irrespective of class or weight R2500. Heavy Commercial Vehicle Assessments Pricing:
Our rates are very competitive. We charge R1800 per assessment. Trailer assessments are R850 per assessment. First 50 km free thereafter R4.50 p/km will be charged. Mechanical Assessments
