Atlantic Loft consists of 2 x 2 sleeper units with sea views,100m from the beach, 50m from public transport, restaurants, shops, golf course and a nature reserve. With views of Table Mountain, 'private' access to the beach, a quiet neighbourhood and the lovely people of Melkbos, it is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The luxury Loft is a self catering apartment (60m2)

has expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table mountain (on a clear day), with direct access to the beach (100m). The open plan bedroom (upstairs) has a king-size extra-length bed, full en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) with a separate toilet. A private balcony leads off the bedroom, to expansive sea views and a gas braai. Free WiFi with a flat screen TV and DStv / satellite are included. The private kitchenette (downstairs) has a fridge, microwave, mini stove / oven, kettle, toaster, a filter coffee machine and all the necessary cutlery / crockery and pots and pans. The price is R1099 per night, but we have daily specials, so WhatsApp me for a quote. The smaller Studio is a self catering 'Tiny home inspired' container style unit (25m2), which can accommodate up to 2 guests and features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and shower. It is perfectly suited for romantic getaways or business stays, and is 100m from the beach (private access). Other facilities include free WIFI, a TV with DStv, a walk in closet, a small kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, a 2-plate mini-stove and oven, a kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and all the necessary cutlery / crockery and pots and pans.. There is also a gas braai, some outdoor seating and sea views. The price is R799 per night, but we have daily specials, so WhatsApp me for a quote. Hello Loftians!!

We have some exciting news!
Our Loft is 'expecting'........
Yebo, yes, we are about to be proud grandparents to ...........a little studio unit!😁

Jokes aside, we are busy building a new studio room (with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom) + sea views and access to the beach......of course!
It will be a smaller, more cost effective unit, and should be ready for bookings from the end of November 2019 - weather permitting...unbelievably the build process should only take 2 to 3 weeks.....

Added to this, if you want to unwind, heal or recenter yourself, we now have 'The Reiki Room', for relaxation and energy healing.

Daily updates to follow, but attached are the pics from Day 1 of the build.

Day 3 of the balcony build, and we are basically done and dusted - just the whitewash in about a weekend's time.

I am very happy with the end result, and can't wait for all our future guests to enjoy the 'new' Loft experience....

Our self catering loft is 100m from the beach, public transport, restaurants, shops, golf course and a nature reserve. With incredible sea views and views of Table Mountain, close to the beach, in the friendly and safe neighborhood of Melkbosstrand and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, especially as it is only 35 min from Cape Town and Cape Town International Airport. The self contained unit is a double story space with it's own separate entrance and parking bay. It has a full ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, DSTV, free wifi, gas braai and a balcony area with sea views. Guests can access the beach from the back of the property, and the West Coast is famous for it's kite surfing and windsurfing conditions....
