Frieden-Hof Guest Accommodation is a Self Catering in Penhill Estate, Western Cape. Frieden-Hof, means 'peaceful courtyard'. Whether you are an early bird or a 'night owl', these surroundings draw you to relax within a charming country style home on a smallholding. We have two spacious en-suite rooms. The Artistic Cove is has a four poster queen size bed with a lounge area and fireplace. The room

has DStv (full bouquet) as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower. An adjoined deck leads onto a spacious garden area. Towels and linen are provided. The Cozy Corner has a four poster double bed with seating area as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The room has a flat screen TV with DSTV (full bouquet). The en-suite bathroom has a shower. An adjoined patio leads into a spacious and lush garden area. Towels and lined are provided. Penhill Estate a cluster of smallholdings borders the Stellenbosch vineyards, is 17 km from Somerset West, 20 km from Stellenbosch, 35 km from Cape Town and 7 km from Cape Town Film Studios. My dreamweaves/dreamcatcher workshops soon to begin besides the optional mosaics workshop...both offer incredible therapy as I've experienced within the process of developing these. A breakaway from the conventional dreamcatcher as each part holds symbolism in its own. The wheel of life, the dreams we had...some realised whilst others did not....the dreams we still hold...our own weaves, the weaves brought in by others ...each color holding its own meaning. After trying or experimenting with different sizes I've narrowed it down to two options deoending on time frame and maybe some skill in sewing. Endless possibilities even in creating sacred geometry. Prices will be based on the size chosen, either a 17 or an 11 weave, from there aditional workshops will be available for further skill with the art form. Weaves will be up for sale too. I cant wait to share the experience with others. 🍃

Accommodation is offered in 2 spacious furnished en-suite rooms with fully equipped kitchenettes each with an adjoined private patio/deck leading into a lush and spacious garden area and swimming pool.The units at Frieden-Hof are fitted with flat-screen TV's with satellite. "The Artistic Cove" sleeps 4 with a queen sized four poster bed as well as comfortable sleeper couch. “The Cozy Corner” sleeps 2 in a four poster double bed.
