Where do you find Cape Town’s foodies on a Saturday and Sunday morning?
The is our soul home. We head out with our baskets and fabric shopping to shop at the Oranjezicht Farm Market and to meet our mates for breakfast. We love the buzz of this market, the view of the sea, bumping in to our mates and the opportunity to stock up with the best produce and artisan food products that our city has to offer. The market is open on a Saturday & Sunday. Make sure you include a stop here for breakfast or lunch if visiting our city over the weekend. .

Our team gathered for a Cape Fusion Tours Xmas Tour to Wellington this year. I am so grateful to be back in business! We rocked 2023. Our team grew. Our fleet grew. We are blessed to have an awesome strong team. Every one of them love their jobs and focus on matching the interests of the clients to what we have to offer in our magical Cape.

We loved our adventure to Wellington!! We stopped to try delicious croissants at Fiftyfivecroissants_wellington, visited Bosman Wines for a wine tasting and ended with a chilled afternoon having lunch at the magical Vygie next to a river.

When exploring the Company Gardens in Cape Town, stop to taste some of our local teas made from our indigenous vegetation at Coffee at the Vine (). One of our favourite places to visit on a Saturday - the in Woodstock. I love the vibe, I love visiting some of our favourite foodie stands such as for the best oysters in town and simply sharing a mix of fabulous delicious dishes on offer. Don’t miss the market - open till 4pm ….but the Dj’s stay till 6pm. For vibe, great music, delicious food and people watching - make sure you pop in!

Summertime!! The Oranjezicht Farm Market is open for dinner again on a Wednesday night! Great to see Plushi serving their gorgeous plant based sushi! The food options differ on the Wednesday night with some fun vendors added who are not there on the weekend. The market is fun and festive!!! Get there early! I would recommend 5pm as the market gets busy!!

SPRING is one of the most beautiful times to visit the Cape! Everything is so green this year as we have been blessed with a wonderfully wet winter. Spring flowers line every road and the pin cushion proteas have started. The cliveas have also started to bloom. A visit to the wine regions close to Cape Town is highly recommended. I started the morning exploring the gardens of Babylonstoren. This magical farm has a backdrop of mountains and one of the most beautiful organic fruit and veggie gardens. It truly is my foodie soul home and I enjoyed every minute of my early morning walk!!

Having great fun exploring the Franschhoek valley for a few days!! One of our favourite spots for coffee is the local coffee roasters who have a cafe called . We love sitting outside under the trees. Today we had a special treat as the family Great Dane called Jack was also visiting!!
