JOURNEY OF THE SPIRIT
"Journey of the Spirit" is exactly as the name suggests. The cruise has a socially responsible ethos with no alcohol, no nightclubs and no gambling onboard. The food will be strictly Halaal, the spiritainment and entertainment will be suitable for children and adults alike. This cruise would suit non-Muslims who would want to pariticipate in a spiritual cruise with wisdom shared by a Sufi philosopher. Muslim clients will have the opportunity to participate in congregational prayers five times daily including a special Jummah (Friday) prayer on the deck of the MSC Opera - Journey of the Spirit .
The onboard internationally renowned personalities will provide soul stirring spiritual immersion and spiritainment.

It is a three night, four day cruise aboard the magnificent MSC Opera - Journey of the Spirit on the azure waters of the Indian Ocean to the Portuguese Island departing Durban on Friday 30 January 2015.
Join the Journey of the Spirit and be led by the world renowned Shaykh Ninowy from the United States of America. The illustrious Shaykh will offer short spiritual discourses on the journey to reach the Creator.
Meditate and rejuvenate your spirituality and senses whilst listening to the melodious voices of Shaykh Nour Aswad from Syria and Shaykh Sadullah Khan from Cape Town.
Sufi meditation will be offered every morning in the form of Zikr, separately conducted, in the silent and voice modulated forms. Zikr is the remembrance of God, the All-knowing, the Almighty,which is one form of connecting to the infinite universe of the All Beneficent.
Get motivated for the year ahead with workshops hosted by the impressionable world renowned, motivational and entertaining speakers Edris Khamissa and Shaykh Sadullah Khan.
Spend your evenings in the Theatro Dell Opera with rhythmic poetry (anasheed artists) anchored by the internationally acclaimed Zain Bhikha and comedy shows by a well-respected and highly talented comedian. Other artists include Hussein Kalla,Rashid Bhikha and Muhammed Yaseen.
All of the above is in addition to the normal offerings on the MSC Opera such as a shopping centre, exclusive lounges, a put-put area, swimming pools (which will be segregated), spas and a wellness centre.
Kids will have a dedicated area where they can play and be entertained by various performers including clowns and magicians.
