"The Company was initially founded in June 2014" Delta International Property Fund Limited has evolved from within the JSE listed Delta Property Fund Limited and builds on the experience of the team which is responsible for the rapid expansion of Delta Property Fund's "sovereign underpinned" and "blue chip" leased property portfolio in South Africa over the past eight years. Delta Intern

ational's strategy is to rapidly establish critical mass in Ghana, Kenya, Morocco and Mozambique (collectively the "first wave countries"). The establishment of critical mass in the first wave countries will be followed closely by the countries identified for Delta International's second wave being Angola, Gabon, Nigeria, Tanzania, Tunisia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The Fund's objective is to achieve a maximum total return on capital and will in general not assume development or leasing risk and will not acquire incomplete developments with unsecure income streams or vacant buildings with no immediate lease or income generating ability. The core of the Fund will be office and dominant retail properties with strategically placed hotels and distribution centres completing the portfolio.
