This is a beneficial service if your organisation is considering to, or is required to, compile a sustainability report. Compliance Management:
• National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998) (NEMA) compliance assessments.
• Environmental Control Officer services (ECO)
• Green Compliance aims to provide an open communication line between all stake holders, to facilitate effective environmental control and benefiting your environmental concern.
• Source and place full time onsite Environmental Managers (EM) and Environmental Site Officers (ESO).
• Rectification applications and reporting. A S24G Application entails the rectification of unlawful commencement or continuation of a listed activity in terms of NEMA. Environmental Management Plan Reports (EMPr’s):
• Develop EMPR’s.
• Review of EMPR’s.
• Compliance management in line with EMPR’s. EMPR’s are tailored to your needs; focused on the specific entity that requires management. Environmental Management Systems (EMS):
• Develop basic EMS.
• Preparedness assessments prior to ISO 14001 accreditation. Regulatory services:
• Environmental Impact Assessments
• Basic Assessment Reports
• Water Use Licenses
Consulting:
• Green Compliance can assist you to develop strategies and initiatives to improve on your overall environmental performance.
• Green compliance can assist develop environmental awareness campaigns for your organization (Mascot design, training material etc.).
• Construction Environmental file compilation.
