our name, was conceptualised as a result of experience gained first-hand, working with and caring for children…we’ve… “DONE IT!” We’re not just another agency. Collectively, our agency is staffed by individuals who either:
- worked as an au pair,
- were raised by an au pair,
- worked in an ECD environment (nursery school),
- have a Master’s Degree with an educational background in Psychology and Behavioural Science,
- cared for premature babies,
- worked with children with ADHD as well as learning and behavioural problems,
- worked in the specialised field of au pair recruitment at management level, and
- were raised by mothers involved in the education of children (one is a primary school teacher, one is the co-owner of a company that wrote a school readiness programme used extensively in South African nursery schools). Hands-On Au Pairs has tried and tested processes for advertising, recruiting and screening au pair candidates. We only accept quality candidates improving the choices for families looking for an au pair. And we are able to source au pair candidates that will match your family’s specific criteria and needs.
