It has been a year since the devastating fires ravaged our beautiful Knysna and surrounding. Thousands of people were left homeless and our beautiful surrounds was burned to ashes
We as Knysna Short Safaris decided to stop our Safaris for a year, and re-assess our natural surrounds a year after the fires. And just as Knysna has risen our natural surrounds have almost healed, with amazing ferns, fynbos and trees growing around us.
Therefore, we have decided to re-activate our Safari activities and show visitors our amazing natural surroundings. We will deeply appreciate it if you can please tell your guests Knysna Short Safaris is operational again
We do short 1 day culinary Safaris around Knysna and take clients to the most amazing places around Knysna.

We focus on personal attention and authentic experiences by taking our guests to those special places we love as locals. What can be more authentic than a picnic breakfast at a Fern Forest, South African cuisine in a scenic setting, driving through dense and mystical forests and doing steep climbs and descents through indeginous fynbos in a sturdy Pajero with all the 4x4 trimmings.
