Initially constructed with a wrought iron veranda and railings, it later served as a boarding house before being sold in the 1980s.

Interestingly, the wrought iron was removed and sold for a price higher than the purchase price of the property itself! Today, this beautifully restored building stands as a testament to Mossel Bay's fascinating past. Located in Marsh Street, it's a must-see for anyone interested in history and architecture.
