3 Double bedrooms with king-sized beds, 2 of which have on suite bathrooms and a third communal shower and toilet. Modern spacious and fully equipped open plan Kitchen (and scullery), lounge and 12 seater dining room.

1ST FLOOR
Accommodation consists of 1 x queen-sized bed and a single bed in a large family room with a shower. There is also a private single room. A sleeper couch and two couches can be used for the comfort of extra guests. The 1st floor has a bar/lounge area and leads to a large balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and lagoon.

Come and enjoy the beautiful A-frame "home from home" on the Black Rock Lagoon, in Scottburgh in the sought-after suburb of Freeland Park. +-1km from the Scottburgh main beach. A walk or a "paddle on the lagoon" away from the beach.

This is ideal for a big family to enjoy a summer, (or all year round) holiday at the coast. Modern, fresh, beautiful view of the lagoon, comfortable sleeping accommodation for 6 to 10 people. Fabulous environment where you can sit on one of two large decks or around the pool or in the huge bottom garden on the lagoon and enjoy amazing bird life.
