Simfex Academy was registered on 30th September 2008 as a Zambian Educational & Skills Training Centre pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Registration of Business Names Act (Cap 389 of the Laws of Zambia) and the regulation made thereunder and entered under Number 146552 in the index of Registration. The Academy is a start-up business based in Lusaka, Zambia, at Plot F609/A/2
42/5/A, Off Great East Road, along District Road, in Foxdale, Chamba Valley and opposite New Apostolic Church in Chelstone. Felix Simulunga, who is the person in whom is vested the ownership, custody or control of the place at which the educational activities are conducted and of the buildings, equipment and other things provided for the learners attending the Academy. Felix Simulunga is a physically disabled Diploma holder in Computer Studies and with vast experience in administration and management. He is ably assisted in this enterprise by a Board of Management comprising of representatives from various walks of life. SIMFEX ACADEMY became operational in January 2011 and is growing at such a fast rate, in terms of enrolments, such that it is on course in breaking new grounds in educational and training excellence in the Foxdale and surrounding areas. The long-term goal is to become the best choice in Foxdale and surrounding areas in education and training services by creating a differentiated experience capitalizing on personal service, its unique location and the creation of an environment of excellence that surpasses the standards offered in the area.
