Natural Valley is a Zambian company located on the western border of Chongwe entering into Lusaka East. From its inception Natural Valley Ltd has been developed around the supply of MANZIVALLEY®. After market research identified a demand for high quality natural mineral water in Zambia, Natural Valley Ltd was incorporated in November 2000. The team has since applied their knowledge and experience
in the bottled water industry to build the business and reliable brand. Today, Natural Valley is the leading producer of bottled water in the country. The factory building is located directly over a geologically approved underground water source that is approximately 80 meters below the ground surface. The capacity of this water source is 150,000,000 liters per annum. The surrounding areas are free of any industrial activities that may affect ground water quality and safety and the company has protected its water source with a Natural sanctuary. The main production facilities include state of the art water treatment that is kept updated according to modern water treatment requirements. Natural Valley products are presently only supplied to the local Zambian market nationwide, though MANZIVALLEY® is available in neighbouring country border towns as a result of cross boarder trading. There are two depots, one in the Lusaka Show Grounds and the other at the factory premises. The company has received numerous local and international awards including runner up in the African SSME awards assessed by the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. True Ebony “Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year” and recently completed the Green Productivity Africa Productivity Improvement Project. Natural Valley’s MANZIVALLEY® bottled water conforms to ZS 388, the Zambian Standard for Bottled Water, is Certified by the Zambian Bureau of Standards (ZABS). We have embarked on the next phase in quality management systems and have adopted the KAIZEN philosophy. The company, through its corporate good governance, engages in its community and partners with many charitable and social organizations and contributes to the promotion and development of National Health e.g. through its MANZI therapy radio program and partnerships with Lions Club, Rotary Club, Red Cross and Ministry of Health to name a few. Sports development in partnerships with the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ), Lusaka Rugby Club, Zambia Martial Arts Federation, Sports in Africa, Edusport, Handball Association of Zambia, Zambia Motor Sports and many more. Cultural development through support of traditional ceremonies such as Kuomboka, Mutomboko, Kusefya Pagwena, Chibwela Mushi, etc. We are indeed a locally focused, multicultural company and employ over 230 Zambians.
