WATERJET CUTTING
We are offering precision and intricate plate cutting of virtually any material of thickness up to 6”. We are using latest technology, 5th axis water jet CNC cutting machine from Omax Corporation (USA) who is acknowledged pioneers in waterjet cutting machines. 5th Axis technology is where the cutting head of the machine can rotate in any direction other than convectional X, Y an
d Z directions. This technology gives the machine upper hand to cut any complicated shapes as per customer requirement. Most of the machines in UAE are 3 axis machine where the cutting is done in 3 axis i.e. Our machine is equipped with 5th axis which is highly versatile. Apart from the 3 axis the cutting nozzle can bevel up to 60 degree from vertical plane in all direction. This technology gives the upper hand of achieving angular cutting on work piece to high degree of accuracy. With this technology it is possible to produce surfaces with variable profile which finds application in precision engineering, aerospace, architectural decorations to name a few. PLASMA CUTTING
Plasma cutting is a process of cutting electrically conductive metals, which utilize the electrically conductive gas to transfer energy from an electrical power source through a plasma cutting torch, thus melting the material. Our plasma profile cutting machine is of Messer make form USA. The movements are CNC controlled, with high accuracy and speed with minimal taper with least cutting allowance. The machine table can accommodate plate size up to 6000mm*2000mm. The machine uses latest hypertherm technology which gives clean cut and requires very less cleaning. The machine table size is 2500mm*6000mm and the machine can cut MS and Aluminium plates of thickness up to 180 mm. Our Engineers and technicians have vast experience in this field and have served customers from various fields. LAZER CUTTING
Laser cutting is the most advanced cutting technology presently used in industries. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser through optics. The focused laser beam which is usually of the range 10.6um (far infrared range) is directed at the material. The laser beam then melts, burns, vaporizes away, or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish. Industrial laser cutters are used to cut flat-sheet material as well as structural and piping materials. Laser finds application in cutting, drilling, engraving, ablation, structuring and welding. Mostly all materials can be cut except materials highly reflective surface. The cut surface finish is far cleaner with high degree of tolerance up to 0.01 mm. Compared to plasma process laser cutting requires less electrical power, more speed and less noise pollution, reduced contamination of work piece, reduced warping of work piece as it produces small heat- effected-zone, better repeatability as laser beams do not wear during cutting process
