Mi Mero Mole is a very common Mexican expression to say that’s precisely my speciality. So “Mi Mero Mole” is Mexican cuisine. The underground dinners happen always at my home. The main idea is to have a nice time, feasting on Mexican food, of course. Enjoying the conversation, a drink and great music. In a nutshell, this is a dinner party at my place. I want you to have a fantastic experience from

the moment you enter to my place. Every dinner will be unique and specially designed for that day and slightly different. Nothing like a restaurant. This is how we roll a tortilla. I remember when I was a kid going with my dad to the tortilleria (tortilla factory) to get some tortillas for lunch. And always, the guy from the tortilleria gave me a tortilla to eat right away, and I learned the way to roll it! And this is it! Can you do it?

We want to thank all the people who supported us throughout the past 2 weeks when we were the Producer in Residence at the Adelaide Central Market. We are chuffed to bits to have had this experience!
