This morning saw our Japanese students saying goodbye to Bathurst as they start their journey home. Many tears were shed as host families and students said Okiotsukete Okaeri Kudasai (お気をつけてお帰りください).
The students will be visiting Scenic World Blue Mountains and Mrs Macquarie’s Chair before heading to the airport.
Thank you for visiting Bathurst we hope to see you again.

Today was the last full day for our Japanese students in our region. They spent a fabulous day at kenzellfarm including a bbq lunch, a visit to Oberon Dam and finished with a visit to Bathurst Library and bathurstregionalartgallery. Tomorrow they start their journey home to Japan.

Thursday saw our Japanese students visiting Kelso High Campus - Denison College for a day of cultural and language exchange. Friendships were formed quickly and everyone had a great day of learning from one another. The afternoon farewells were full of email exchanges and smiles.
